Where this started.
I grew up in a country with extraordinary natural wealth operating beneath its potential — not for lack of talent, but because the systems running it were built elsewhere, for someone else's context.
I studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at New Era College in Gaborone, completed the degree, and registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Botswana. Engineering taught me one thing above all: a system built correctly works whether or not you are present. That principle is the foundation of everything I have built since.
When AI began reshaping search and business operations, the window for first-mover advantage in Botswana opened — and it will not stay open long. I did not wait for permission or a better moment. I founded Black Adamas AI, and Zenith Black Holdings as its institutional parent, and started building.
The decision to build rather than work for someone else was calculated, not instinctive. The market had a gap — AI-native growth services that actually understand local context. WhatsApp-first buyers. Relationship-first procurement. PPADB-driven B2B markets. These are not details a foreign agency accounts for.
