This notice explains how Zenith Black Holdings and its subsidiary Black Adamas AI ("we", "us") collect, use and protect personal data. It is written to meet our obligations as a data controller under the Data Protection Act, 2018 (Botswana).

If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We keep this so we can answer you and, if you become a client, deliver the work.
The self-check tool on the Black Adamas AI site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers unless you separately choose to message us about the result.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Messages you send by WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own terms. Email is carried by our email provider. Our website is served by our hosting provider. Where we use a service provider that processes data outside Botswana, we rely on the safeguards permitted under Part IX of the Data Protection Act for cross-border transfers.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and then for the period required by Botswana tax and company law. Server logs are retained for a short rolling window by our host.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to the founder. We will notify the Commissioner of any breach of our security safeguards as required by the Act.
