These terms govern your use of this website and describe the basis on which we quote for and deliver work. They do not replace a signed engagement letter, which takes precedence where one exists.
Zenith Black Holdings, Gaborone, Botswana, and where the work is delivered under the Black Adamas AI brand, that subsidiary. Any contract formed is governed by the laws of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction.
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the site's text, structure or design to build a competing service offering. The Zenith Black Holdings and Black Adamas AI names, logos and service names are ours.
Descriptions of services, packages and indicative pricing are for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding engagement exists only once we have confirmed scope, price and timeline in writing and you have accepted it.
The audit is offered without charge and without obligation on either side. It is a point-in-time assessment based on publicly available information and the details you give us. It is not a guarantee of any particular finding, and accepting it does not commit you to paid work.
We build systems that make a business findable and readable to search and AI systems. We cannot control how Google, Bing, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta or any other platform ranks, cites or displays a business. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic volumes, lead volumes or revenue. Any figures discussed are illustrative, not commitments.
Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in the engagement letter for each project. Work may be paused where an invoice is materially overdue.
Work often involves accounts on platforms we do not own — Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, Meta, LinkedIn and others. Those platforms set their own rules and may change them, restrict accounts, or remove content at their discretion. We are not responsible for their decisions.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Botswana law. Subject to that, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunity.
Either side may end an engagement on written notice. You pay for work properly done up to that point. On request we will hand over credentials and assets we hold that belong to you.
